Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you find an issue with your order please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we have the opportunity to help you. If you have feedback or issues, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. we hope to offer this later in 2023.
When will my order ship?
"Ready to Ship" orders typically ship within 2-4 business days.
What happens if my gift is returned to sender?
We will let you know via email along with the reason the shipper has given for the return (not picked up, declined, invalid address, no sae delivery location)
If you'd like us to re-ship we require the following:
● We will repackage your gift with fresh shipping materials
● We do charge a $10.00 fee for repacking and processing, plus the actual shipping cost.
● We will send you an invoice via email with a link to pay for these fees and will re-ship within two business days.
● If the invoice is unpaid at 5 days of the invoice being sent, the gift is considered unclaimed and is the propoerty of Wayfinder Provisions.
